Hi, I'm Sonya Bedi.
I've always been interested in how change is experienced inside organisations. I believe transformation works when it's rooted in real clarity of purpose, behavioural insight, and a realistic understanding of how people adapt to new ways of working.
ROOT helps organisations take the first steps on their own, unique AI journey. We work with leaders who feel pressure to "do something" with AI, and support them in moving beyond experimentation towards adoption that genuinely improves how work gets done - for the business, and for the people doing the work.
Our approach combines careful functional discovery to prioritise the AI use cases that matter most, alongside operating model and governance design, and clear measurement of business value. To build change that truly sticks.
